Capturing Mamas Maternity Session

Capturing Mamas is a special program designed for mothers experiencing high-risk pregnancies who have been hospitalized until the birth of their baby. Since traditional maternity photos may not be possible in these circumstances, a professional photographer from Capturing Mamas will provide a one-time hospital session to capture this unique and meaningful time. Each session is conducted safely within the guidelines of what the patient is permitted. This may include photos in your hospital room, a designated garden area, or another approved location within the hospital. The safety and well-being of both mother and baby are always the top priority. Capturing Mama sessions are provided free of charge through Capturing Hopes, as part of our hospital-based programs.

I hereby grant Capturing Hopes Photography and their affiliate photographer to take and use any photographs, digital images, or videos of myself and family members present to use for their publications, promotions, website use, social media, and in print. I understand that our name will not be used or tagged by Capturing Hopes Photography during use of my images.
