Copyright and Print Information:

Capturing Hopes will email a beautifully edited photo gallery of images from your child’s session free of charge to you. All photos are high resolution and can be downloaded and printed by anyone that you allow to access the gallery. You will also receive a print release allowing you unlimited printing rights for those photos. Capturing Hopes remains the sole copyright owner of the photos and must be credited in any promotional medium that the photos are used, including but not limited to: news articles, online blogs, magazines, hospital promotions, news media stories, business promotions, and photo competitions. Capturing Hopes must give written permission for any photos to be used in any of these mediums and must have knowledge prior to use. Please sign below indicating that you understand both the copyright and printing rights included with your photo session.

Photography Permissions:

I hereby give permission for the Capturing Hopes affiliated photographer to photograph both my child and any family members present during the session each time that I set up a scheduled session with one of their Hope Photographers.

This must be agreed to prior to your child's session with a Capturing Hopes affiliate photographer.  
Social Media and Marketing Permissions

Capturing Hopes reserves the right to use all photography for marketing and training purposes on social media, website, and printed use. This also includes providing a sneak peek on our Facebook page and Instagram page directly following your photo session with our affiliate photographer. No family or baby names are used at any time when using for marketing in any way, except in special cirsumstances with express and written permission from the mother or father.  

Please initial below if you would like to give Capturing Hopes and their affiliate photographer permission to post a sneak peek of your child on social media and to use your child's photos for marketing and training purposes. 
Capturing Hopes receives donations from several different generous companies. These donated items are used for our events and sessions, and are given to families to keep. Donations include costumes, tutus, bowties, blankets, hairbows, hats, flower wreaths, holiday props, and many other items. If you would like to give permission for the company who donated the item(s) given to your baby to use those photos for marketing on their social media and website, please sign below. Companies include, but are not limited to: Sewing for Babies, Preemies of the Carolinas, The Cuddles Company, Bebe Bows and Bands, Ronald McDonald House, and others.
