IMPORTANT: If you are filling this out the same day as the photo sessions, please text 336-710-7026
 and let them know you just filled out the form and want to be added onto the day's schedule. Please include the time of the session, your last name, and your baby's bed number in the text. You need to also let your baby's nurse know so they can inform the photographer as well. *The photographer will do their best to fit you into the schedule for the day.

About our social media posting: Sneak peeks of your baby's photo session are posted on our social media within 3 days of your session. 
The Social Media outlets that your baby's photos could be used on include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and/or TikTok.
 As an organization, we social media sharing is important for the following reasons:
 - It allows you and your family to see at least one great photo asap after your session (your gallery will not arrive for 7-10 days)
 - It gives other parents in the NICU hope for their own babies as they see your baby growing and progressing
 - It give you community support as people can get on there and encourage you during your NICU journey
 - It gives the medical staff an opportunity to see your baby's professional photos and to comment and like those (they're big fans!)
 - It let's other families of preemies know that this free service is available in their own hospital upon request
 - It alerts other hospitals to the opportunity to have the same great program available to their families
 - We just LOVE sharing with the world how beautiful your baby is!

Session Information
 - You MUST let your baby's nurse know about the session and what time it is scheduled for
 - If you change your plans for the day, please text and let us know 336-710-7026
 - Your photographer will email a beautiful photo gallery of 5 images to you within 10-14 days
 - Your baby is eligible for photography every 2 weeks while in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU)
 - All photo sessions are free of charge to you while in the NICU and at no time will your photographer request payment
 - Special editing requests are not guaranteed due to the amount of photo sessions your photographer is editing weekly
 - All photos are high resolution and can be downloaded and printed by anyone that you grant permission to
 - A sneak peek of your baby's photo can be found on the Capturing Hopes Facebook or Instagram pages within 3 days
 - Your photographer is a professional photographer that runs their own business, all NICU sessions are donated Please be courteous of their time and talent.

Copyright and Marketing Information
 - Capturing Hopes and the affiliate photographer remain the sole copyright owners of all photography
 - Photography should not be provided from you to the hospital or any other organization for advertising or marketing purposes
 - If a hospital, news media, blog, online website, magazine, or any other organization requests the Capturing Hopes provided photos of your baby, please contact CapturingHopesDirectors@gmail.com for permission prior to providing those. Capturing Hopes must give written permission and must have knowledge of the request prior to use
 

NICU Photo Session - Important Information

Thank you for your submission, please read the information below to prepare for your child's session.

- Make sure your baby is dressed or wrapped at the time of your session. Do not wait for the photographer to arrive as time is limited per session.

- Let your baby's nurse know that a photographer will be arriving at the scheduled time you chose. You will probably need to add the photographer as your guest/visitor in order for them to be able to photograph your baby. Ask the nurse or front NICU desk what you need to do.

- After your child’s shoot, you may find sneak peeks of your session on our social media - Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/CapturingHopesPhotography.  OR Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/capturinghopesphoto within 3 days of your photo session. 

- You will receive an email with 5+ edited digital photos within 7 days of your session at the email you provided on the form.

 - Please share our free service with other NICU families in your unit. We want to be there to capture NICU journeys for as many families as possible. Just send them this link: https://www.capturinghopesphoto.org/book-now 

Other Information
 - Your baby is eligible for photography every 1-2 weeks while in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) *Babies 0-4 lbs are encouraged to sign up weekly for progress photos. 
 - All photo sessions are free of charge to you and at no time will your photographer request payment
 - Special editing requests are not guaranteed due to the amount of photo sessions your photographer is editing weekly
 - All photos are high resolution and can be downloaded and printed by anyone that you grant permission to
 - Your photographer is a professional photographer that runs their own business, all NICU sessions are donated Please be courteous of their time and talent.
