Copyright and Print Information:

The Capturing Hopes affiliated photographer will email a beautifully edited photo gallery of images from your child’s session free of charge to you. All photos are high resolution and can be downloaded and printed by anyone that you allow to access the gallery. You will also receive a print release allowing you unlimited printing rights for those photos. Capturing Hopes and/or the affiliate photographer remains the sole copyright owner of the photos and must be credited in any promotional medium that the photos are used, including but not limited to: news articles, online blogs, magazines, hospital promotions, news media stories, business promotions, and photo competitions. Capturing Hopes must give written permission for any photos to be used in any of these mediums and must have knowledge prior to use. Please sign below indicating that you understand both the copyright and printing rights included with your photo session.

Social Media and Marketing Permissions

Capturing Hopes and the affiliate photographer reserves the right to use all photography for marketing and training purposes on social media, website, and printed use. This also includes providing a sneak peek on our Facebook page and Instagram page directly following your photo session with our affiliate photographer. No family or baby names are used at any time when using for marketing in any way, except in special circumstances with express and written permission from the mother or father. Sneak peeks can be found on the Capturing Hopes Facebook and Instagram pages, as well as on the affiliate photographer's own social media business page(s).
