The mission and purpose of Capturing Hopes Photography is to provide documentary style professional photography to families with babies or children in the hospital. Our services are free of charge to all families and we are a volunteer based organization.
Since April, we have been working on an important project with several NICU babies called “Project: 100 Days”. The average micro preemie spends an average of 100 days in the neo-natal intensive care unit of the hospital before going home. For the project, we wanted to capture every day in the life of a preemie’s NICU stay to show the progress of their growth from day 1 until they are safely home with their parents. We have our very first “Project: 100 Days” graduate and we are ready to share his growth progress with you. The video below is Walker Pruett’s entire life captured through our lenses over the 80 days that he was in Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center. Please help us out by sharing this video so we can bring more awareness about the hope that we bring to families through professional NICU photography.
